About Erin Danylchuk
Hi, I'm Erin — a licensed mental health therapist and, as I like to say, a professional feelings translator. I specialize in sex therapy, intimacy, and attachment healing, helping individuals untangle old relationship patterns, rebuild self-worth, and create the safe, fulfilling connections they deserve.
I became a therapist because I've always been fascinated by the complexity of human connection and helping people rewrite their relationship stories.
My Approach to Therapy
Therapy with me isn't about quick fixes. It's a team adventure. I offer a warm, supportive space where we explore your emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and build practical tools to help you show up more fully — for yourself and in your relationships.
I blend evidence-based techniques with real talk, because healing shouldn't be boring. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship stress, attachment wounds, or low self-worth, my goal is to help you find the calm beneath the chaos — with a little humor along the way.
My Background
I've been practicing therapy since 2016 and opened my private practice in 2021. I have advanced training in intimacy and relationship issues, and while I've worked across many areas of mental health, helping people heal attachment and intimacy wounds is where I feel most at home.
I believe a therapist can only guide clients as far as they've gone in their own healing. That's why I continue my personal therapy and commit to ongoing learning — because the deeper I go in my own journey, the more effective I am for you.
A Little More About Me
Outside of sessions, you'll find me at the barn with horses, at the gym, riding my bike, walking my dog, making jewelry, or fully committed to a quality afternoon nap. I believe life should have joy in it — and I bring that same belief into our work together.
If you're ready to turn your challenges into stepping stones, I'd love to help. Healing can be messy, empowering, and — dare I say — even a little fun.
